Nicola has tweeted that sales are 40% up on last season. Good to see the fans rallying.I have got one I never pay full price as I think £50 for a top is way over the odds. but that's just me. also selling 1000 st is amazing
Mark Palios is the one person who is uniquely qualified to run The FA and The PFA, as well as TRFC. It must be frustrating for him to see such muppets doing so little to sort the mess out.Interesting words from Mr Palios.
Player wages and contracts will bankrupt EFL clubs: it's time for the PFA to act | Mark Palios
A radical solution is needed and the PFA has the money and the power to step in and help clubs that have no income for the foreseeable futurewww.theguardian.com
Yes, that is the best analysis of the current situation I have read. And then you have absolute drivel from the likes of Gordon Taylor.......Mark Palios is the one person who is uniquely qualified to run The FA and The PFA, as well as TRFC. Good article. It needs leadership given the complexity of the situation.Yes, that is the best analysis of the current situation I have read. And then you have absolute drivel from the likes of Gordon Taylor.......

No, Ashley is only famous for running a (very large) sweatshop and exploiting his workers. A saint compared to Prince Mohammed bin Salman.Changing the subject a little. I see that a majority of Newcastle fans,in a poll, support the Saudi takeover but will allegedly hold them to account on their human rights abuses, treatment of women, murder of journalists, starving of the kids in Yemen etc. Good luck with that. Prince Salman will just snigger to his mates! 'Lots of good PR for us and we might even advertise on the shirts!' It just goes to show how important football success is to some people. Ashley was not the greatest owner but even so.
it wouldn't be a surpride, the key for us will be will they promote the team in 4th place in league two or notThe Telegraph is reporting that Leagues One and Two will be cancelled next week and settled on a points per game basis. Twenty of the twenty three League One clubs favour this approach apparently.
They have realised that finishing the season will leave them out of pocket and want to cut their losses and start afresh. That's understandable, but relegating us like that is unfair and would only happen if the majority of clubs (who are unlikely to get promoted or relegated) simply gang up on us and impose it to suit their own interests. The Telegraph is reporting that Leagues One and Two will be cancelled next week and settled on a points per game basis.
