Kiddie barriers are through to Wembley in the North section. Chester kick off in about an hour.

Thankfully Boreham Wood dumped out with a 120th minute Notts winner

Haven't watched the dead games and won't this one. I'd guess the roll call of final matches will tell a story.
Hewelt going must be good
Cogley staying would be very good
Turnbull leaving would be very bad
Bristow, Hawkes and O'Connor going for good money would not be bad.
Hendry signing would be good?
Hemmings going would be very bad, one proven striker is a bad starting point already.
Merrie and Jolley are interesting cases as their contracts weren't small

Chester out!

Chesterfield with Mike Jones and Ollie Banks coming on as a late sub. Are 2-1 up in injury time.

Have enjoyed both games this afternoon, have to be honest and say, that all four teams would likely best us!

Hewelt will probably be no 2, Hemmings career is in terminal decline he can go.

Ian Goodison... who else!
Making the trip up from the midlands for this one.

Heart says a battling Rovers win giving the fans something to cheer from the season, head says Northampton will have too much for us and too much to play for. 2-1 Northampton

When did we last spoil a promotion party?

We stopped Bournemouth winning the league a decade ago, but can't remember us ever preventing a team from winning promotion. At least not in the last four decades.

In some ways I’d be happy for Northampton to go up after the last day shenanigans a year ago. It would also mean two bumper gates if Stockport stayed down.

However, I really want us to finish the season in style to raise spirits and gives Dawesy a good start.
