Brave selection by MM. :)
That’s one way of describing it! I did feel with Morris out we should have changed formation, but Turner-Cooke gets a start and it puts a lot of responsibility onto the young man’s shoulders. Mumbongo starts up front, in for the injured Hemmings. Think I’d rather start with Burton and Saunders if we’re playing 2 up and see if we can frighten Mansfield with pace. Nolan out of cold storage and young defender Max Fisher on the bench. Have to assume the claims about Murphy’s back are inaccurate or it will be a torrid afternoon. As it is think the Stags will win comfortably.

Been pinned in our half for most of the last ten minutes.

Very disjointed half, zero control in midfield, nothing of note up front and Mansfield in control. Only hope we can produce something in the second half.

It is very poor fare. We’ve not threatened Mansfield goal at all are being stifled in midfield and the full-backs aren’t getting much chance to venture upfield. Didn’t get a clear view of the free-kick decision that led to their goal but from the opposite side of the pitch looked a bit harsh? We need to change something, but heaven knows what. This line-up won’t get us back in the game.

This is embarrassing 2 0 and could get a lot worse yet, for sale the good Micky has done in the past we are going backwards on the pitch as we as off the pitch

A bit of huff and puff but nowhere near good enough.

A good cogley cross but neither of the small front two can get there.
Amazed he didn’t bring Lewis on to give us some height up front

4 wins in 21 is absolutely woefull, we have to be thinking about changing the manager as its simply not working with Micky

Tbh I think there is reasonable quality there, but we don't seem to be that well drilled when pressing or dealing with long throws or in other aspects during the game. Big worry.
Man o the ball often stuck for options.
Thought Cgal.ers and JDC linked ok.
Burton defo a better bet than Mumbongo. At least they had to hurry passes and clearances.
