Looks like 4-3-3 again with Saunders in for Taylor.

Still no place for our 20 goal a season striker Dennis.

Wood and LOC start
I do get the no Dennis bit if we're gonna play 433. Nigel hopefully will change it to 442 when big Luke comes back. However I do think Dennis and Jolley would be worth a try.

Good to see a start for Saunders, I like his enthusiasm and he's also very fast. Lets hope he gets some chances tonight.

Also Cookie starts..

I agree Dennis perhaps not suited to 4-3-3 but why are we persisting with that system when it’s not working? Hopefully that changes tonight.
I’m just not sure with Jolley and Saunders whether we have enough goals up top.

Rides and cookie start for the visitors

Having seen that line-up think we are going to be in for a very difficult night.
Pike not on the bench, so assume ill or injured and that has forced Adkins to play O’Connor at right-back, rather than in midfield where he is desperately needed. In that context and given his lack of pace and fitness, hope that Walker has been given instructions to stay back except for set-pieces.

Not sure why Jolley is so in favour. I don’t see a combo of him and Saunders up front offering much goal threat.

That's a poor team we have tonight, I can only see an away win and Cook is bound to score.

Presume Pike injured, Luke Norris now been out around 7 weeks and no sign of James Norris.

Just shows how far hughes and mcalear are from the starting eleven. Walker hooked at half time on Saturday starts again.

They hit the post early and Mcgee has made couple decent saves, we are standing off them and not getting stuck in.

Although we are ahead we look pretty poor and it looks a matter of time before they score.

They had a few early sniffs but haven't done that much since. The goal was a tad fortuitous but sometimes your need a bit of luck. Hopefully we can push on and get another against a fairly lacklustre Bradford.

Agree with Boz, the front two don't look great together. Saunders has worked hard as per usual with little reward. Jolley looks a bit out of it. If only we had a goalscorer on the bench!

Apart from the freak goal, we’ve rarely threatened. Rovers lumping the ball up too much which isn’t good with the size of our attacking players. O’Connor seemed very unfortunate to get a yellow. Bradford look well capable of getting back into this game

Managed to defend the lead until HT. That has to be a positive.
Nigel has to sort a good plan for the second half.

Walker is a lovely footballer. Very composed - just wish he was a better athlete.
