Very O/T - Everton

Some crazy results, which demonstrate how badly Arsenal have faded. In the last few days we have seen
Man City win at Everton, who won at Brighton, who won at Arsenal - all big away wins by at least three goals.

Odds would slightly favour Everton at the moment. If their fate is their own hands going into the final match at home to Bournemouth I reckon they’ll get whatever result they need from that.

I think a lot depends on the fitness of Calvert-Lewin.

If he plays all or most of the final two games, they will probably stay up. If he does not, they could be in trouble.

Yes, it is between Everton and Leeds now, with Everton favourites to stay up.

Can’t see Leicester getting anything at Newcastle, Leeds might v West Ham. All three finish with home games, with Leeds having the most difficult opponent in Spurs. Would be very surprised if Everton don’t stay up.

Not sure I agree that Spurs are the toughest of the opponents next week. They are rudderless at the moment and have been awful in recent games.

Everton are favourites, but Leeds are capable of winning against a hungover and distracted West Ham side tomorrow. Forest currently beating Arsenal which would make them safe.

Re Spurs it’s arguable. They could still make Europe, whether they want to is another matter. Bournemouth and West Ham have nothing to play for, the latter will want to keep their players fit for the Europa Conference Final.

Bournemouth have been playing well in recent weeks, so certainly not a gimme for Everton next Sunday despite the fact The Cherries are safe.
