Hopefully there will be a repeat on the south coast shortly.

The poor quality of the other sides at the bottom (Forest, Leicester, Leeds) may save Everton yet again.

At the sold out Amex with some BHA friends to see what Everton have to offer. Important game for both sides so they will do well to get anything from the game.
Sounds from your reports like another Rovers afternoon of sideways and back huffing and puffing.

Everton lead through a very early goal, sadly they will escape relegation again, now 3 0

Great result for them and well deserved. Brighton were poor.

Depressing to watch that. I thought their relegation would be the one consolation this season.

I think the return of Calvert-Lewin has saved them. It gives them a focus and allows them to play effectively on the counter.

Great game to watch, demonstrating the importance of having the pace to be able to hit teams effectively on the break. A fully deserved victory in thrashing a, so-called, in-form team.

I would not say Everton have tremendous pace on the break. They have got clever, energetic players like McNeil and Doucoure, and Calvert Lewin who leads the line and acts as the pivot for the counter-attacks.

They have looked a different side since the return of Calvert-Lewin, he's led the line very well and brought others into the game well.

Forest 2-0 up against hopeless Saints. All the pressure on Leicester and Leeds now although Everton do have City next..

You would still expect Everton to lose to City, which will take it to the last two games. However, they may only need one win, or even two draws, from Wolves and Bournemouth which they will probably get.

Pace size and skill sorts the wheat from the chaff.
Tranmere started the season with no size at the back but sorted that, although had no size up front ever.
Pace the full backs, none in midfield and just Saunders up front.
Skill only Morris threatens to beat a man for pure skill
Not enough

Losing 3-0 to City and it seems Calvert-Lewin could be injured again.

It will probably go to the final game.
