I hate the fact the big fast food giants have big pictures but you get served shit that is not even hot and over salted there so calked burgers are jusg all the parts of animals that you would not eat rant over

Who might want a paddys day burger we got 2 that i we are doing the first being an Irish 8oz beef burger Laced with jamersons whisky and guinness with dubliner cheese irash chips and hoping to get a green brioch bun not bad for £18 oh the beef is going to be rib eye steak

The second at the same price is an Irish Veal burger with the same stuff all the sample tasters have gone down amazing as norm LoL

We have gammon chicken steak on other size dish and sausage also most do have chips and any way we sell sh%t loads of them

So on the dish you see is a mini mixed grill with 4oz gammon same chicken 2 sasages blackpudding that is hiden mushrooms chips and peas at the end of the day we keep is as cheap as we can so we soak up the price increases that dish costs £11.50 with the sirloin steak its another 3 pounds

LOL no worries with onion gravy on Friday at 4 o'clock I am putting in a whole sirloin steak of over £100 pounds worth it will cook at 50 degrees overnight and come out at 12 for lunch on Saturday we are doing steak baguette with fried onions Peppercorn Sauce and homemade chips, it will be still rare but like eating butter
