It will be interesting to see who gets the job as the last few appointments all have had no experience in management but wouldn’t be surprised if they went for Michael Flynn

He would be a good fit. He’s a no nonsense, experienced manager and it’s not too far from his roots in south Wales. His stock is a bit lower than when he was at Newport, but if anyone can keep FGR up, it’s him. Mind you, I thought the same when Micky Adams arrived at PP.

It was a decent point for them at Gillingham.
Unsure that Flynn right now is the answer, but their next boss needs to have FL experience.
