Thompson loan extended

Glad to see Rovers have extended Thommo's loan. He has impressed me a lot since he signed, no surprise we have turned the form around since his arrival so dead pleased he will be with us a bit longer. Also gives Robbie a chance to build his fitness with a few reserve games before being thrown back in the first team.

It is the loan deadline day today, ie the last chance before Jan we can get anyone in. Reckon we may see maybe 1 new face in the camp... watch this space...

Not going to get anyone else now. Good news that Thompson stays with us for another month... played 4 won 4 with him in the team and hopefully that will continue!

good news. looks more solid than stockdale and also more willing to help shukes in the attack. would like to see him being made a permanent signing in january. then maybe he can play at the same level as his parent club

Great work by the club getting this extension, let's hope it leads to a transfer window move for him as well.

Thompson has done very well for us since arriving, and looked more tidy and confident (and fit) than Stockdale, who let's remember is by no means a bad player.
