Of the likely starters only bristow seems to lack urgency and focus. I guess Obiero can't play but he appears a bit lost as to what to do at times. Patrick looks away with budgies half the time.
Brough McGowan and kenneh maybe limited and prone to errors but won't lack effort and application.

I wouldn't be surprised if the gate is 10,000 plus.
Yes I think it will be a healthy attendance.

In comparison to last season you do wonder whether some of these current crop actually care. We have a lot of loanees playing or in the squad. Mix that with recently arrived free transfers and some older pros, there will be a lack of cohesion and probably togetherness.

Absolutely. I think the turnover of players has been a major issue, as it was in 2015.

I hope so but have read on one of the other sites that the club have been making it difficult by saying that only fans who had a TR number before last weekend are allowed to buy tickets. Is this true? I understand they want to stop Grimsby fan’s from buying tickets in the home areas but can’t help feeling this is another own goal (if true).

I think the days of players really caring about the club are behind us. Add to that, some of them just aren't good enough, inconsistent and have poor attitudes which is why they find themselves in a league two relegation fight.

There’s no doubt at all we’ll be going into the game trying to win it, but going at it gung-ho would be suicidal. It’d be game over by half time!

We need to box clever, establish some control and pick our moments. Not sure we’ve got too much of that in our locker either, mind, but imho it’s our best hope of three points, or even one point.
You mean the same way we have played 9 times under Wild which have resulted in a grand total of 5 points

Well that's hardly happened this season. I have absolutely no faith they can get a result. We are terrible at home too. I'm just relying on other results.
Yes well done. Remove half my quote to change the meaning of my post just to get more doom mongering in.

Believe it or not, Saturday's game is winnable. Every game between two clubs in this division is. Heck, someone on here's even voted for a Rovers win (...not even me!)

Still, far be it from me to get between the self proclaimed "super" white army waving their super white flags again!

No. Read again. According to the resident experts on here we've spent the entire Wild era looking for draws. Pretty sure I argued for something very different.

Anyway, what's bigmart's master plan for getting a result? Five up top and caution to the wind?

Just a quick reminder in case you've forgotten.

Our last win at home was on the 14th Feb.
We have lost 17 out of the last 21 games totalling (and I'll try and put a positive spin on it) a massive 8 points out of 63.

Apologies if I'm a little down on this season with very little hope left..

So we're all going for a rousing 4-0 win then?

I'll take anything, even a Salford/ Barnet win just as long as when i get to the ground my seat isn't filled by some tunnel rat on a day trip!

A measly 4 wins from 22 home games this season. Shocking.
Jesus's thats shocking says everything about the bottom 2 that we are still not in it yet, and you guys have season tickets hats off to you no wonder season ticket sales are down

I don’t care if we lose 5-0 (well I do), as long as we’re above the dotted line come 5pm on Saturday if other results go in our favour.

Unlike the Crewe game last year which we won and culminated in a pitch invasion upon the final whistle, it’ll be interesting if another home defeat happens but we just about stay up.

took the words right out of my mouth AM really hope i,m wrong but don,t see anyone busting a gut saturday having sat through a season of dire performances.
I disagree, even these players don't won't a relegation on their CV. I think we will get one last hurrah from whoever is on the pitch. Will it be good enough, maybe.
