The Club is appealing for volunteers to help remove snow from Prenton Park on Saturday afternoon.
Covers were laid down on the pitch on Thursday afternoon ahead of the overnight snowfall.
More snow is forecast throughout Friday and early Saturday and the Club is seeking the assistance of supporters to remove the snow... from the pitch and stadium to ensure Sunday’s home game against Stevenage can go ahead as planned.
Anyone able to help is asked to come down to Prenton Park at 2pm on Saturday (though this time could change subject to weather – keep an eye on the website for any change) and bring a snow shovel / shovel / wheelbarrow if possible. Children under-14 should be accompanied by an adult.
Anyone volunteering will be given a Kop Stand ticket for Sunday’s game.
Supporters should meet outside the Club Shop.
