Does it really matter about the squad numbers? As long as they're wearing the super white shirt thats all that matters.

yeah, but its just one of those things.

...one of those things that is fairly irrelevant.


Players will have favourite numbers and will want to keep numbers from last season for simple reasons like only getting two tracksuits so being able to recycle. It is also easier with registration. New players slot in and there is nothing to be read into it IMO.

I imagine if you get a shirt with a players name and number then the following season he changes that might be a bit annoying but otherwise I agree that its a bit irrelevant the squad numbers. I expecta fair few players not listed between 1-11 to play their fair share of games this season.
