Looks about right. Whits played right in a three mid depends if obiero is left footed a bit?

anyone's guess as to whether the team will 'gel' straight away! At least it will have bamboozled Gillingham as to how to set up against Tranmere
 
No real issue with the starting xi. Blacker unlucky to be the loanee missing out, though accept that was a tough call for Crosby as he couldn’t leave out of the squad someone who’d just been loaned. Think I would have kept Bristow on the bench as a left-footbed option if/when Patrick comes off
 
I was right in line and the goal looked offside. Linesman has been crap.
 
A promising performance this. We have played a lot more football than recently and Warrington and Obiero have been impressive. Ironside has just missed a great chance to equaliser after a nice move.

I agree. I only caught the game after the goal but we have passed it around well and look a different side in that sense. Not sure how Ironside missed that chance but more of them it will go in eventually.

The only negative of the half was a mistake in defence which they very nearly scored right at the end of the half.

If we have chances, especially if they fall to Ironside, we must take them.
 
[I think there was a possible shout for a penalty. Whittaker was having his shirt pulled in the area before passing towards Ironside

Agree with RLC about the failings of the near side AR, would have to see their goal again, but his (lack of)flagging didn’t inspire confidence. Rovers have been vulnerable to balls over the top but as well as the Ironside effort Obiero just had a good chance blocked by the keeper
