Posted on the main news page is an article regarding the dwindling attendances over the last few years.
Lorraine's on the investigation team. But can we do the investigating for her? What do you think are the reasons why and what to do to stop attendences falling.
Or are there other reasons why the supporters are staying away? Costs of games, other entertainment?? Have some of these supporters jumped ship over the road to watch premiership football?!?
Will these supporters be back or have we lost them for good?
Another season in division one next year, if we don't achieve promotion, what will the attendences drop too? 5/6000?
Our average att this season has been 6632. Falling well below the 7000 I expected it to be.

Nearly 2000 supporters lost in a season! Why? Are the reasons obvious such as poor performances, poor league position etc..Two seasons ago Rovers pulled in League One attendances averaging 9,044 as the team spent most of the campaign in third place.
The following season, when Tranmere struggled to fight off the threat of relegation, average attendances tumbled to 7,213.
