4-5-1 :?: Someone should tell Brian this is League 1, not Champions League
Seriously though, how does this work? Could someone post the formation from Saturday please? I'd hope it looks something like this...
Achterberg
Linwood Jackson Sharps Roberts
Jennings Rankine O'Leary
Davies Facey
Greenacre
Joe_TRFC said:Sorry but I can't see that... Jacko was one of our better players against Colchester with a couple of saving challenges.
Aldo's Worthy 2000 said:the first half it looked like.........
.....................................1.Achterberg
..........17.Linwood.....4.Jackson(c)...5.Sharps..........3.Roberts
..14.Facey...19.O'Leary.....8.Rankine....12.Jennings.......28.Davies
......................................10Greenacre
and in the second half we got facey and davies forward more to support greenacre, which made it look like 4-3-3.
Gray said:Jackson is your traditional CB. Strong, good in the air, no nonesense, consistent.
Goodison has a bit more (Jamaican) flair, which means he can walk himself out of trouble and distribute a bit better, unfortunately, he also often walks into trouble
I'd choose Jacko (or Sharps) over Goodison any day of the week
