Lee Trundle has joined Neath. They offered him probably double what we could afford to offer him, money talks I'm afraid, we have to look at bringing our own through and looking at young players being released by other clubs who we could maybe improve and sell on. It's the way of the world at a lower league football club these days.
As for him training with us, don't see the problem. He needed to keep fit to keep his options open. Presumably he's helped make training sessions competitive and maybe taught our young players where the goal is. Not costing us anything, unless we fed him
Did anyone take in one of the games tonight? Any of the trialists any good?
