Sacked by Chester tonight. Feel some sympathy for him as he seems a decent bloke but Chester are currently in freefall. They were absolutely woeful when we played them a few weeks ago.

I think they've probably reached their peak now, when you consider they pretty much started again. Promotion after promotion they've done well, but with their setup, fan base etc, I think they'll be struggling in the NL for a while now.

There seems to be quite a high turnover of managers in this league. Only half of the managers who started the season are still in post, with another, Chris Moyses at Lincoln, leaving at the end of the season.
