On the back of poor recent form and some calling for the managers head, rovers travel to Gigg Lane to take on a Bury side who after a slow start to the season have hit form including a recent home win against top of the table rivals Burton.
Ryan Lowe also started the season slowly but has found his shooting boots more recently and along with Rose & Nardiello, will give our defence one of their toughest tests yet.
Joe Thompson has not featured as yet but with the likes of ex Leicester man Nicky Adams on the wing, rovers will do well to get anything out of this game.
I'm not going to predict the rovers line up but surely we need some more experience in the side as has been noted. Personally I'd get big Odejayi in there and Jason too. It will be interesting too to see if there are any further protests against RE. Hopefully from the kick off the fans can get behind the lads and none of that will raise its head.
Hard to be optimistic about this one - I expect us to perhaps hold out for a while but to lose narrowly in the end. Fingers crossed I am wrong.
