Ollie Norburn sent off after 19 minutes first 2 bookings the second of which was for throwing an opposition players boot off the pitch.

Have we not reached the point where out of contract signings are unable to play yet? I find the rules very confusing!

Woolery was decent, if a bit inconsistent when he played for us previously. He's not had much game time recently.

If a player is out of contract at the end of the transfer window then they can sign for a team any time.
 
He had a decent season with us overall so I’d take him back given our lack of attacking options with 3 strikers out on loan and at least 2 injured.

Not sure how fit he is but we need drastic action and something to change
 
We must be at or near the transfer deadline so will have to move quickly. No, he won’t be match fit but will eventually add pace to our attack. If he plays half as well as he did in the 2017 NL playoff final, I’ll take that. He destroyed us single-handed. I just hope he hasn’t lost his edge, but worth a shot on a short term deal.
 
I think the old March transfer deadline still exists, so probably any day. Unsure how emergency keepers go from there?
He wasn't one I was fully for leaving when he did and I don't buy this obsession with fitness. A pro footballer should be up to a cameo off the bench, which is pretty much the aim surely.
Twitter is toxic some blame Palios completely, the ex-manager completely and all the players completely. The truth maybe a combination but the idea all players are playing badly and or not trying is nonsense. Ironside and Norman look like they been fighting in a sauna at the final whistle most weeks. One is isolated and the other struggling at a standard about his limit in a poor side.
Remember for Exeter we had five players who helped a double promotion, speaks volumes for the other eight or so. Quite remarkable really. Age probably rules out our better ones so maybe two or three may go higher at best, one of whom isn't ours anyway.

The manager has just stated there was a lack of effort on Tuesday night.

It is obviously related to low confidence, but it was clearly evident in the goals we conceded.

He concocted a mad system they they clearly didn't understand or couldn't operate in. Plant noticeably got dragged deeper but still didn't get near his man who was in full flow before Warrington tried a desperate block. Lack of effort or sticking four above your gameline and claiming an attacking badge.
He won't get a sympathetic ear for much longer. He seemed to improve us on Saturday with changes but went backwards as if he was a saboteur next.
Whitaker looked completely perplexed well past the first two goals, utterly bizarre idea

Anybody with eyes and a brain could see there was insufficient effort.
 
Yes, the players have to take some responsibility. They’ve been awful for most of the season.
