What a top man.
Before the game me and my 10 year wandered round and a chat with Palios and Brabin about the match and up and coming season. Made an effort with my son shaking his hands.
Then walking home from the ground down a narrow country lane, an Audi drives past, stops, and reverses back. I'm thinking what is this? Palios winds his window down, asks are we Tranmere fans, and offers us a lift to the main road. Didnt recognise us from before kick off but could see we were on a narrow road. Had a chat about the game. He agreed trialists did well but it was against very poor opposition.
Unbelievable in this day and age.
