League Two Barrow v Rovers

Our lack of options out wide possibly showing as hawkes fairly quiet but apart from hughes there is no real winger replacement
 
Both sides have decent chances with hawkes having a decent shot saved. Could go either way

A red card all day long in this day and age. Just saw the replay and his foot was up and studs likely into the keepers midriff. It was stupid as he was likely not going to get there.
 
Time to park the bus and take a point if we can. Barrow played v ten men for 40 minutes on Saturday and couldn’t break Salford down
 
Lewis off, studs up on keeper, red card, could have been yellow!
But I would like to see it again, to see if Lewis chickened out.

A great result and fully deserved based on the second half performance. 1-1 at the break was a fair scoreline but second half we created the better chances. Morris should have scored and hawkes had one shot saved and fired a couple wide. Lewis headed one at the keeper before the sending off and we showed great character to not sit back for the draw and great for Kane to get his second in two games.

Cogley once again showing why if he leaves we may struggle to create as many chances as we are now.
Given Crewe’s form and poor home result tonight another three points for the taking on Sunday.

Shout out to the travelling 302 SWA who made the journey to barrow on a Thursday night
