Moore made it plain that any new signings would have to be balanced by players going out, as happened last week when Carl Tremarco was released to Wrexham after Rovers signed fullback Andrew Taylor on a permanent transfer from Blackburn.

Thats from the liverpool echo site. he also said that it will be young and inexperienced players who join on loan if any. It shows the board have no interest in the club going up then if they dont want to contribute to the wages!​

Well at least we know where we stand. I think the board are simply too cautious. They dont want to risk spending money on anything really. Players/wages. But.. you have to take that risk if you're wanting to get out of this league. It also doesn't give the manager much to play with and I'm sure he's more disappointed than anyone when he can't bring in the players he'd like to.

It's a very frustrating situation for everyone concerned.
