Re the contract, particularly as Nicola is a solicitor.
I would divide the Hill question into two components;
On the January recruitment front, unsure how much of the blame lies with Hill, given there seems to have been some involvement from Mark Palios and the ex-agent Stephen Beck. The ITK poster on another site suggests there was some imperative to reduce budget costs on the playing side, which may account for players moving on, while Jolley is not likely to have been a Hill-instigated move and his state of development not as advanced as believed, though with a handful of Wigan appearances you'd have thought he could offer something. Nya Kirby had played with Dawes at Blackpool, so again probably not Keith's idea, while who knows regarding Nugent. The only one appearing a definite Keith recruit was Crawford.
However the use of the players he has got at his disposal has been poor. This has been demonstrated by the freezing out of certain players like CBT, the repeatedly substituting of certain others, such as Lloyd and Morris and the regular use of Nugent who is clearly not up to it. Even with Vaughan's injury, we could have been set up in ways to maximise the players who are available. Sticking Morris up as a lone striker for the opening hour was a case in point. We did play some good football when Vaughan was available under Keith, but once James got injured, it's mostly been dross. On the season-ticket renewal question, for a variety of reasons, I am undecided whether to renew, but the quality of football we've been playing recently is certainly no incentive to do so.
