just looking ahead to saturday's game against a top of the table swans side! i think that we will give swansea a real good game, but something tells me that we are gunna find lee trundle and adebayo akinfenwa a real handful. also they have got andy robinson coming back to his home town so i am hoping he doesn't come back to haunt us like he did in the fa cup.

Rovers 3 - 2 Swans.
Greenacre(2) Trundle,Robinson

Greenacre at the mo, all time is Aldo!
good to see your positive for once.

really looking forward for this one. id love it if we beat these but this will be a hard game.

but ill go 1-1.

greenacre and trundle.

dont care if we go 1-0 up on 1 mins and just hoof the ball away fro 89 cos I really won beat these cso well prove that were capable of going up and we know our season is back on track.

I have a bad feeling about this. We really must be on top form for 90 minutes. If we give Swansea too much space, they'll punish us. I feel our defence is a little sluggish at the moment, or more sluggish than usual ;)

Home advantage, if we put in a good performance. 2-1 :)

We have shown nothing this season to suggest we will beat Swansea. The only home games we have won since August were both against League 2 sides.

I'll go for a 2-1 defeat.

Making the trip up for this one. Can't wait :D

I'm gonna say 2-2.
Greenacre, Harrison, Trundle x 2

Bit worried, even more so now that O'Leary has gone, meaning out of form Danny will play.

Tranmere 1-4 Swansea

Dagnall - - - - Trundle (x3), Robinson

Don't know about this one... we could win if we play well defensively... but I think if we aren't on top of our game defensively we will conceed a few. Our strikers are doing well at the moment so I'll go for...

Tranmere 2-3 Swansea.
Facey x2-----Trundle, Akinfenwa x2.

Hope I'm wrong!

Hmmmmm, I dunno about this one. I honestly think trundle will tear us a part.

Im going with my head rather then my heart so my most positive prediction will be 2-2; Greenacre, facey trundle, williams.

Good luck though boys!!!

ur heart may often lie but always choose it over your head.

example
tranmere vs millwall q.f of fa cup

my head told me they were the better team
but i followed my heart and watched with the belive we could win and go to the final as i also believed we could also overcome seff utd(i fink it was) and progress to the final

Went to the opening game at their new ground and there didn't seem to be a lot of difference between the sides then, we deserved at least a draw and Trundle was fairly quiet and missed a penalty.

What a difference 3 months makes.

If we can keep them quiet early on, could see us holding on for a result. Let in an early goal and the floodgates will open.

It's 4-4-2...

----------------------------------Achterberg------------------------------------

Francis------------Jackson-----------------Sharps-------------Goodison----

Aiston-------------Rankine----------------Harrison------------Roberts------

---------------------Facey----------------Greenacre-------------------------

Subs: Wilson, Jennings, Dagnall, Davies, Zola.

It's been a very bright start and Aiston sounds very lively. Roberts hit the bar I think and Facey had penalty appeal turned down. Keep it up Rovers!!
