A little off topic, but just in case the point about the gulf between each of the divisions has not been made, look at the four promoted teams from League Two last year - Bury, Rovers, MK Dons and Lincoln. Only the Imps are thriving. Now look at the three teams who went up from League One last season - Luton, Barnsley and Charlton. All are now in the bottom six of the Championship. It's really tough establishing yourself after even a single promotion. We've had to do it twice in succession. It's no wonder the squad is finding it tough. Don't blame Micky for overachieving.
