He did make some very strange decisions regarding the players that's already been discussed above. I think initially, he needs to stop tinkering with the side. There really was no logic in sticking Hugill in from the start, relegating Donnelly to the wing. Dropping Laird to the bench after two really promising games, although he does seem to have a soft spot for Power who I don't think would ever get dropped.
Relegation has to be avoided at all costs.
The worry is, I think we've seen all what TRFC can give this season and it's really going to the wire. We'll be in that relegation fight with another 4-5 teams. We just aren't good enough to break away from the bottom pack.
