Norwood out for a while following surgery. He's shown enough to suggest he can be effective at that level, but the season has been far from plain sailing.

He'd have been much better sticking with us!

Norwood is Ipswich's joint top scorer with eleven goals and could potentially be playing Championship football next season, so I would say the move has worked well for him. No, he is not a guaranteed starter, but that would be expected at such a big club with high quality players.

Never had any issue with Norwood moving to another club for the reasons already stated. Still think he could have done better than Ipswich from a footballing rather than financial perspective

Pleased to see Tollit starting his third game in a row for Macclesfield having completed 90 minutes in his last two appearances.

Pleased for the lad but he needs to impress in the remainder of this season and earn a move elsewhere, Macclesfield really is the road to nowhere.

A blast from the past. Carl Tremarco! He is 34 and captain of Inverness in the Scottish League.

Macclesfield not paid their players again - Jay Harris could cancel his contract and sign for Rovers as a free agent.... now that would add a bit of steel to the midfield:)

I don't think Harris is anywhere near good enough for this level. He was touch and go in League Two. Woodyard and McCullough are much better players and perform similar roles. Harris has been at Wrexham for several weeks now.

I’d have put Harris more into the Perkins category, but while there was an argument for keeping him at the start of the season we’ve got ample midfield options now. While he could be a bit kamikaze flying into the tackle, Jay did his best for us and hope he has a successful return to Wrexham.
