Riverhill has closed with immediate effect for "external guests".

Not 100% sure what that means exactly?

Does that mean it is going to be used still for players not based locally or maybe converted into other premises/ let to other organisations/ turned into NHS accommodation/ care home etc. etc....

yes, players only they are going to sell they are not making money with the upkeep of the place. amongst other things. the things with hotels are unless your rooms are full and you are doing weddings every weekend they lose money. and trust me I've worked in a fair few the biggest I've worked for was Thornton Hough hotel and its like hell in there
