I reckon RM is still for some stupid reason holding out for cass, which aint gonna happen, we need a striker now....

None of those players are any better than what we already have. Akpro is available again in one game, and we have three strikers who can play a number 2 / bit part role already.

I don't think Ronnie is stupidly holding out for anybody. We haver not signed anyone because the players of the quality we need are either a) out of our price range or b) won't come here (Madine, O'Grady, Martin, Tyson....). I think Ronnie sensibly considers that it is not wise to waste our already thin resources on players who won't improve us.
