Two shots on target, two goals. Orient have yet to hit the target. Let’s hope that it stays that way. About time we had a clean sheet.

Disappointing, no-one picking up the goalscorer.

Vaughan going off injured. Commentators saying it is not serious but it looks like it could be.....

Another away win and another 3 goals scored on our travels. disappointed they scored but 3 points all that matters.

credit to Keith for the half time sub and switching to 3 at the back when they had us under some pressure at 1-3. Hopefully Vaughan is nothing serious as another game on Tuesday.

more decent showings from the likes of Ray and OConnor, the latter up against a decent player in Brophy. Morris very good when he came on. On we go to Tuesday and another tough but winnable game given our current form

Ridehalgh on for Woolery and we switch to a back three.
Credit to Keith for that, it took the sting out of the game, when the O's started to believe there might be a way back in.

Rovers were more composed in the second half, the rocky patch around the time of their goal aside. Hope Vaughan's injury isn't serious, given his all round contribution to the team.

A very professional display and a deserved three points.

We could not get our passing game going in the first half and Orient looked a reasonable side in possession. However, they lacked confidence and quality in the final third and we defended very solidly to keep them at arm's length.

As Sparky says above, the substitutions and tactical changes were key to the victory. Morris gave us more composure in the centre of midfield and we were in complete control for the first thirty minutes of the second half and deservedly extended our lead. Similarly, when Orient pulled a goal back the switch to 532 snuffed out their attacking threat and we managed the game very well in the closing stages, with Nugent holding the ball in the opposition third very effectively. I was disappointed we did not keep a clean sheet but I thought the free kick which led to the goal should not have been given, and it was a great delivery from their player.

Individually, I thought the defensive players really shone today and the two centre halves and Spearing were contenders for man of the match. O'Connor had an up and down game against their tricky wide players, who were noticeably a lot quieter when they faced MacDonald. Lewis put in a decent shift in midfield.

Vaughan was holding his knee when he went off and I just hope it is a knock / bruising, rather than ligament damage or something equally serious.

Only two points off top spot and everything to play for.
