This is unsettling for everyone - the supporters, the club and most of all the players, but it's totally understandable. The club must survive and thrive next season, so no money can be wasted. They need the best deals they can negotiate.

Thanks for the update ONIGP - thought Clarke might decide to call it a day -that is great news. Delighted with Walker- Rice being offered another deal - he needs to be picked and played this year IMO. Given we are back in L2 and the COVID cash crunch we surely must play some youngsters. Looks like Cook and Vaughan are gone....
Vaughan won't return, cook is likely too in time.

With the recent redundancies I imagine that Clarke might see this as a coaching opportunity.

Mp did say they won't be getting players in until they knew when the season was going to start. it's going to be a wired summer but as long as the fans and players and staff are all safe I don.t care. we will have the best pitch and hope a good team to get the job done

couldn’t agree more Ian. He could be the difference between promotion or not. With him and Scottie plus Manny its a solid defensive spine and if we can sign Ellis then all the better.

The ten that are signed up are a decent core of players at League Two level. In that respect, we are already better off than we were this time last summer.

The players that struggled at times last season, like Nelson, Ferrier and even Payne, should be OK at a lower level.

That's a great point... hadn't thought about that but would make a lot of sense.... plus I would make captain this season - never been a fan of keeper's as captains.

will be interesting who the goalie coach is going to be. nothing against turner. but just did not think he was good enough to do it. non of the lads improved with him doing it just an opinion

The arbitration panel has already started looking at the evidence. A judgement is expected during the last week in July
