Could be wing backs. Hill really does not seem to rate O'Connor as a right back.

Possibly playing three centre backs to deal with Carlisle's physicality. In fairness, if you were going to use wing backs you would play Feeney ahead of O'Connor.

I think that’s harsh on O’Connor, who did ok defensively on Saturday, while we’ve seen Nelson at right-back before and it didn’t work. Are we sure it’s a back four rather than wing-backs?
Three at the back surely. Feeney and McDonald wide midfield. Could be a good tactical move. Albeit harsh on O'Connor.

Agree about OConnor. He did ok on Saturday and might feel a bit insulted that he’s played second fiddle to a winger recently who has played well, but now behind a centre half filling in at RB.

could be a back 5 tho with Feeney RWB and McDonald on the left

Thinking about it, I’ll be amazed if it’s not wing backs in a back 5. Would be very harsh on OConnor if a back 4.

rain and a swirling wind could make it an interesting night and one of those games where it’s about character

No CBT on the bench. That’s a loss as we know what he is capable of when he got the winner in the reverse fixture. Hopefully it’s being dropped from the squad as 7 minutes on Saturday was hardly enough for him to impress

Like Saturday we’re behind after 2 minutes. Shocking defending

I’m fuming after that goal. It was so easy for them. Plenty of time to come back into it but we have some issues at the back at the moment

Really struggling down our right side defensively with Nelson and Feeney.
