As well as being more winnable than Spurs or Man U, it would probably be on TV.
Until paying crowds in any number are allowed in it is progression and the possibility of TV that will bring the cash in. I'm not sure that the broadcasters will be falling over themselves to transmit our 3rd Round tie, unless it's a really special one!

I think I’d opt for a winnable 3rd round tie followed by a home game against one of the bigger names in the 4th. However Friday reminded us that it’s not always that easy to win those games that appear easier on paper.

Chorley hit the post twice and missed a pen and had other chances they played superbly, although the posh where piss poor

With Marine and Chorley in the hat, there are some nice potential ties to be had. I just hope we don't draw a Championship side, although with Rovers, who knows?

I hope Marine get a decent tie in the 3rd round as reward for their efforts, home game against one of the Prem teams would be great. Wouldn’t say no to a Merseyside Derby though...

Yes, but look at all the fun you would have missed out on over the years. Nothing like being a Rovers fan.
Particularly in recent years. For the last eight seasons we have been chasing promotion or battling relegation. Hopefully, that run will continue this season.

Just love the little Teams against the Big boys, Don't think Kane or Son will get a game lol, would be amazing if they played there first team, but we all know the kids will get a run lol
