Good news on BBC 2 on 27th.
That's great news. Money for Rovers and a freebie for the fans. ;)

I think the BBC have realised that home advantage doesn't mean much in crowdless stadia and are betting on a shock like Marine or Chorley winning away. Hope we disappoint them.

As only a small number of fans are allowed in stadiums i would prefer a winnable tie against a league two/national league club.

Bank the winners money and hope for a Liverpool/Everton away tie in round four when fingers crossed more fans would be allowed in meaning increased gate money.

I think be a bit longer before increased the crowds but things keep changing so fingers crossed.

Even on a home crowd for Round 3 I assume we have to pay the away share to our visitors. So we'd only take 45% of the "new" money generated by 2,000 fans. Better than nothing but hardly lucrative. From a financial perspective a winnable away tie against a well-supported team from the Isle of Wight would be best!

I would imagine that a TV game would help?

I would be surprised if we move out of Tier 2 before a vaccine is available.

I don't think we have ever won at Oakwell but there is a first time for everything I suppose.

Barnsley lie 16th so if between now and then they slide further down the championship and we maintain our good form then it’s not impossible we could win or bring them back to PP.

a return to one of his old clubs for the gaffer

Grim draw! You never know, they might do a "Watford" and rest a lot of the team. Even then it would be tough.
