Tommy passed away. Always remember both him and Ron Yeats coming to Tranmere. R.I.P

Think I saw him play for us in the early 70s and was expecting someone larger because of the 'flying pig' nickname. RIP Tommy.

Sad news. I remember him well playing for both clubs. Two league titles and a FA Cup - and possibly a European Cup if the ref for the second leg of the semi-final against Inter Milan had not been bent.

Yes- a good goalkeeper and a humble guy. He would have played with Mark Palios I think. I have memories of seeing him play for Scotland against Wales at Wrexham around 1969. Scotland with Denis Law and others won 5-3. Wyn and Ron Davies were playing for Wales. My other memory is drunk Scotland fans being carried INTO the ground by their mates! A bit different today!
