The trouble is, if we only win one of the last ten games this season we will certainly be relegated. We fell from mid-table in 86-87 which is why we could have such a poor run and still survive. Added to which, as poor as it undoubtedly was, that team had far more spirit than the current one.

If we can find our form from December and January where I think we took 15-18 points from 10 games we will comfortably stay up. BIG IF though!

Odds on Ryan Lowe scoring for Bury on the last day to send us down?

Absolutely. It's worse than the last few seasons as at least we weren't in danger of dropping out of the league. And even 1986/7 wasn't as bad, as this situation has dragged on most of the season. Roll on 2nd May. Let's get it over!
