Lot of people up for this one, but I've got a horrible feeling about it. Gibson is struggling which could mean the return of Goody. We need three points here and we need the front two to be on fire.

They are still fighting down there with a recent draw against Preston and a 2-0 win against Coventry.

Agree with Ian that this is a season-defining game for us. Yeovil and Walsall are in poor form of late, but Madden and Grigg are still scoring, and The Glovers ' run-in is far easier than our own. Plus they have a game in hand. If we don't win tomorrow, it is difficult to see us getting the points we need from the remaining games, given the difficulty of our fixtures.

Portsmouth are difficult to assess as they have had about four different teams this season, but they are currently in their best form of the season, difficult to beat and apparently working very hard for their manager. On current form, you certainly would not predict a Rovers win, but we have to somehow find some consistency in the remaining matches.

Think we will nick a draw, they are doing better and we are struggling again

Something I was not aware of until Friday is our record against teams in the bottom half of the table: our only defeats this season were against Carlisle and Shrewsbury, games when we were reduced to ten men, and we have the best record against the strugglers of any side in the top six.

Hopefully that form continues tomorrow.

3-0 to TRFC, JLAA sorting his attitude out and actual scoring a couple for us...

Even with your optimism Ian, must admit we are finished...

Too predictable our collapse has been, very grim indeed.
