Yes, great to see the team spirit there is at the club this season. I know Ronnie likes to encourage this kind of camaraderie and I think it is something that has been missing from the club for years; Les introduced a more 'professional' approach in many areas but I think the players found some of his methods a bit wearing.

I wonder if we could get a version of this going at Prenton Park, with suitably adapted lyrics ?

Please elaborate on this.

Perhaps I was being slightly generous to him.

I know, for example, he used to analyse every game with the players, watching the full 90 minutes of the DVD, something I think we have only done once this season (after the Swindon game).

Some might see this as a modern, professional approach, but I think a lot of players don't have the attention span for that kind of thing and just find it tedious.

He also used to go on about the importance of not getting too high after victories. I think Ronnie is far more inclined to let things flow and let the confidence in the squad slowly build.

awesome little video that.

Team spirit looks and sounds superb, this will go a long way to helping the out of contract players resign at the end of the season.

Prob the best TRFC togetherness since the squad of 2000 when we where humping prem teams weekly !!

I hope you mean re-sign and not resign. ;-)
