England C Team

How many of you are aware of the England C team, which consists of players from outside the top four tiers? It's been playing a few games every year for some time. I've heard nothing recently, but apparently it's still going. I assumed that one or two of our lads would have been called up during the past two seasons, especially as we have three players in the NL team of the year. It's even more surprising when Norwood, Cook, Mangan and Connor Jennings got capped when with other clubs.

Think someone Ihky maybe, was called up during our first season in the NL. Believe there might be an age limit on those called up. so with Rovers mainly using more experienced players, most would not have been under consideration anyway. Most recent game was around March/April and the squad was largely drawn from sides outside the NL, because of involvement in the promotion/relegation battles.

McNulty, Vaughan and Harris were the 3, White Squaddie.
