All I want for Christmas is a Ronnie Moore.

Unfortunately he seems content at Oldham, as revealed at a recent press conference when questioned about speculation linking him to a return to the Rotherham job:

Ronnie Moore said:
It's ridiculous, I have a job to do here and I have the backing from the owner. I do not want to go anywhere.

Fiddlesticks.

I'm someone who always reads between the lines and that clearly says to me "I'm waiting here at Oldham until the Tranmere job becomes available".

Now that would be a dream come true.

A manager with not only the brains to run a team on a budget but a good motivator who shows his desire to win on the touchline.

I pray to god that Little does the honourable thing and walks.

Sadly I think he knows he's got us by the short and curlies andhe'll be going nowhere.

He aint going to walk.

Brian Little post match interview said:
I'm determined to put it right. If I'm told not to then fine. But I came here to try and do things well and I see no reason to turn my back on it. My determination is to be here on Tuesday and to try and win.

Just go.

Think Joe Kinnear is more likely than John Gregory although you never know. Stan Ternant is realistic although i'm not sure whether i'd like him... don't his teams conceed loads of goals but score loads too. I remember Burnley losing quite a few high scoring games with him in charge. Good for entertainment value but not so good if you want your team to do well.
